man 1: riot shield
man 2: infantry (assault rifle/UMP)
man 3: support gunner (LMG)
man 4: sniper (.50 or EBR recommended)
man 5: (if available) protection (any gun except sniper)
to start off, the riot shield and infantry should practice in a private match following and leading. riot shield would be in front with the riot shield, while the infantry man follows with his rifle. this should be practiced until perfected.
the support gunner should typically stay back a little bit back from the riot shield and infantry. that way he can protect them by either laying down suppressive fire or by killing enemy's trying to sneak up from behind.
The sniper should be up high, or concealed in a shurb or tree somewhere, out of sight, and out of the line of fire. The sniper may be mostly used to give enemy locations or to eliminate targets that the infantry man might not be able to reach due to being around a corner.
The protection, this is probably one of the harder jobs. the protections job is to keep the sniper protected. make sure that nobody can come up behind the sniper and kill him.
